SHIPPING: Alero Market will ship you items to your door step with our reliable shipping Partner DHL & Postnl with 24 hours after your payment has been cleared from Monday to Friday. Frozen items will be delivered the next day or same day if order is placed before 7am on business days, unless item are out of stock or on a holiday.

Delivery should occur within 1 to 3 business days from the day your payment is cleared.

Returns: If the product is not defective and you have not open or used it but wish for return, please email us at info@aleromarket.com with your order information to obtain a return information number and return instructions.

Refunds : We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. If for any reason, you are unhappy about your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. We accept returns and exchanges if notified within 24 hours of delivery of items in it original state of delivery If the product you ordered is defective upon receipt you can request for an exchange or refund by emailing the details and your contact information to info@aleromarket.com . We will contact you to process your request. Which can be delivered to you as exchange or for store credit.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return process. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges of fresh products after 24 hours
